For the NHS to deliver outstanding occupational health care we need to be able to sell the benefits of our services and show the return on investment to senior management. We also need to demonstrate sound business management and have effective workforce planning.
This section of the website provides tools and templates and shares practice so that we can learn from each other and improve services. It also provides help and support to members who sell services to customers outside the NHS.
