MOHAWK - how it works

Occupational health teams measure data and input data once every six months. Data collection takes place in April and October - most of the data will be collected routinely by units. Data entry is in May and November. Data is collected on about twenty indicators. Teams do not need to enter data in every indicator.  The system is easy to use and not onerous on occupational health teams’ time.

Each occupational health unit or team is then able to compare their current performance with anonymised collated information from all the other units. They can then share their own information with key stakeholders to demonstrate their improving value and performance.

MoHaWK will also has knowledge management system that will overtime build up a library of useful resources.

As new knowledge becomes available indicators are added and amended to make sure that the most appropriate data are measured and reported.
